Overview

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Program Manager to lead and expand Frost Growth Experts Network. Frost Growth Experts (FGE) is an exclusive online community of professionals collaborating with Frost & Sullivan employees to deliver innovative growth solutions for customers. The Program Manager will oversee the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of FGE Business Development experts. Additionally, they will directly manage Client engagement and revenue generating process.

This role demands a strong leader adept at building and nurturing client relationships by aligning efforts with their objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, the Program Manager will focus on enhancing the visibility and branding of the FGE program. Additionally, this role includes responsibility for driving and achieving sales targets.

 

Location: US, MEASA, APAC, EUROPE

Responsibilities

  • Expert Recruitment & Engagement:
    • Develop and execute a recruitment plan to attract top-tier Business Development experts across all locations in collaboration with the regional Customer Engagement team.
    • Actively source and hire highly skilled professionals who align with the program's standards and goals.
    • Implement a retention plan to maximize expert engagement, gather feedback, and address concerns effectively.
  • Program Management:
    • Create and manage an FGE operational plan in partnership with Frost & Sullivan divisions to integrate expertise presentations, independent contracting opportunities, and executive engagements.
    • Drive the onboarding process for new experts, ensuring profiles are complete and guiding them through Frost & Sullivan’s customer engagement methodologies.
    • Regularly reach out to re-engage experts whose participation has lapsed.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Directly oversee activities that align expert participation with the company’s revenue objectives, tracking progress and incorporating feedback from senior leadership.
  • Collaboration & Branding:
    • Partner with Marketing to execute multi-channel communications strategies that generate excitement and elevate the FGE program’s brand.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Head and Senior Executives on program growth, engagement metrics, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/platform management and operations, including 3+ years in team management.
  • Proven ability to recruit, engage, and retain a diverse pool of professionals.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing online/offline communities and developing effective communication strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in global markets, understanding regional differences in business development and engagement.
  • Highly motivated to achieve quarterly FGE Business Development expert engagement and company revenue targets
  • Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
  • Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
