Perform finance planning and analysis activities for global finance & support transfer pricing activities.

(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments)

• Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis
• Prepare & evolve as appropriate, templates, financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations
• Analyze entries made into NetSuite and ensure that correct GLs are used to capture data.
• Ensure data accuracy when financial data is exported into management reporting tools from NetSuite.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, particularly on transfer pricing initiatives.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and revenue recognition entries are accurately captured.
• Ensure GAAP rules are complied with in financial reports.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Between 1 to 4 years’ experience related to financial planning and analysis activities.
• Professional Certificate in Accounting or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Analytical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel & Power Point; familiarity with NetSuite & Adaptive Insights will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
